Availability of Flowers

The images shown on the website are a representation of the bouquet that will be sent. The flowers and content may differ depending on availability and seasonality. The colour and style of the bouquet will be consistent.

Delivery

Delivery is offered within a 12 mile radius of the Flower Barn. Next Day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 noon the previous day. Orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed by 12 noon on the Thursday before. We do not deliver on a Sunday.

Wedding Bookings

Deposit

When a wedding date is booked we charge a £100 deposit. This saves the date. If, for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding this deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding we will hold your deposit until your wedding goes ahead. The £100 deposit is subtracted from your final wedding invoice. Payment of deposit is an acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions.

Quotation

No wedding or event is booked until the deposit has been paid. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Once the deposit has been paid then the prices and dates are secure unless stated otherwise.

A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you after the initial consultation, this is a guide price as you may make changes closer to the wedding day in terms of type of arrangement and quantity. You will receive a final invoice approximately one month before your wedding. Payment is accepted by card, cash or direct payment via internet banking.

Payment in full is required at least 28 days before the wedding.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Complete cancellation of the wedding must be advised in writing.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your e-mail address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
